About Colleen Maynard
Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Colleen Maynard served as a policy analyst for the State of Rhode Island, studying and helping to frame legislation in education, housing and community planning. This experience, combined with her knowledge of real estate, is a tremendous asset to customers and clients who demand a business-savvy, full-service Realtor. Maynard is a member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors, where she serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee, a task force that addresses the highly critical issues of property taxes and the high cost and availability of homeowners insurance. Maynard co-directed an international study program in Belize, Central America. A large focus of the program centered on international business development, in which her business and negotiating skills proved invaluable. Colleen is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
